About Charlotte
Hi, I’m Charlotte — a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, former pediatric intensive care nurse, and mom of two. I’ve spent over a decade caring for children and supporting families through everything from medical emergencies to everyday concerns. Over time, I began to notice that many of my visits—especially with babies and toddlers—centered around one recurring theme: sleep. Unfortunately, there was never enough time in a standard appointment to truly address the root of these struggles or offer the dedicated support parents deserved.
That’s what led me to launch my sleep consulting practice. It allows me to combine my clinical background with compassionate, personalized care focused entirely on helping families sleep better—safely and sustainably.
Sleep is essential—not just for your child’s development, but for your health as a parent. Chronic sleep deprivation can take a serious toll on your mental and physical well-being, increasing the risk of anxiety, depression, burnout, and even illness. You can’t pour from an empty cup—and children thrive best when their caregivers are well-rested, emotionally present, and physically healthy. Every child deserves parents who are functioning at their best, and every parent deserves the support to get there.
You don’t have to accept sleepless nights as part of the job. There is a better way, and I’m here to help you find it.
I live in Baltimore with my husband and our two young kids, and I know firsthand how powerful good sleep can be for the whole family.
