Great question—and one I hear often. I do not believe in traditional “cry it out” methods where a baby is left alone to cry without comfort. Instead, I use gentle, responsive strategies that are proven to help babies and children learn to sleep well—without the stress of being left to cry it out. That said, some level of fussing or protest is normal as your little one adjusts to new routines. I also offer no-cry options for families who prefer a slower, more gradual approach. Together, we’ll choose a plan that feels right for you and your child.

Every child is unique, but many families start to see positive changes within just a few days of starting their personalized sleep plan. For some, it may take a bit longer—especially if we’re using a more gradual, no-cry approach. My goal is to create a plan that’s not only effective, but also sustainable and supportive for both you and your child. I’ll guide you every step of the way to help you reach lasting results.

Yes, I work with newborns! While we don’t sleep train newborns in the traditional sense, I can help you gently lay the foundation for healthy sleep habits from the very beginning. With the right support, you can encourage better sleep without any formal "training," setting your baby (and yourself!) up for more restful nights as they grow.

I hear this all the time—and I get it. Sleep challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve tried everything. The good news is that my approach is completely personalized, based on your child’s unique temperament and your parenting style. With a fresh plan, expert guidance, and ongoing support, even the toughest sleepers can learn to rest well.

Absolutely—I work with toddlers and young children too! In fact, this age group often presents some of the most challenging sleep issues, from bedtime battles to night wakings and early rising. With the right strategies, consistency, and support, even the most strong-willed little ones can learn to sleep peacefully. I’ll help you navigate this stage with a plan that fits your child’s age, personality, and your parenting style.

While I am a licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, my role as your sleep consultant is non-medical. I do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment during our work together. That said, my clinical background gives me valuable insight into when sleep struggles might be more than just behavioral—and when it’s appropriate to refer you to a healthcare provider. I’m also uniquely equipped to support NICU graduates and children with medical complexities, offering sleep guidance that’s both safe and sensitive to their needs.
